What if my flight is delayed?
Most rental companies offer a short grace period after your scheduled pickup time. It's often up to two hours, as long as the branch is still open when you arrive.
If your flight lands after the office closes, the vehicle might not be available unless you arranged for an after-hours pickup in advance. That usually comes with an extra fee.
If you're delayed, contact the rental office listed in your confirmation email as soon as possible. That way, they know what's going on and can hold the car for you if possible.
