Can I cancel my booking for free?

Yes. Most bookings through Northbound.net include free cancellation if it's done within the allowed time-frame. The deadline depends on the supplier. You'll always see the exact cut-off before you confirm the booking.

For example:

Some suppliers allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup, while others may set the cut-off at 24 hours. After that, a cancellation fee may apply. In some cases, that means you'll be charged the full rental cost.

If you don’t show up or arrive too late without notice, that counts as a no-show. In those cases, refunds are not available.
