What is the fuel policy?

Most rentals through Northbound.net follow a full-to-full fuel policy.

For fuel / diesel vehicles:

• You pick up the car with a full tank
• You return it with a full tank

If you return the car with less fuel, the rental company will refill it and charge you for both the fuel and a refueling service fee. These extra charges are usually higher than local pump prices.

For fully Electric Vehicles (EV):

Level to Level: You are required to return the Electric Vehicle with the same charge level during pick-up. We recommend you to maintain sufficient charge on the Electric Vehicle as an additional charge may incur during drop-off if the battery level is under the required minimum charge or the Electric Vehicle is inoperable due to low battery

Best tip: Fill the tank close to the drop-off point and keep the receipt, just in case.
